As a Host, you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and create a lively, organized atmosphere that keeps guests excited to return. Duties

• Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits
• Manage reservation systems Open Table
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist in training and mentoring new hosts to uphold service standards and hospitality excellence
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and well-prepared
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated

Requirements

• Proven experience as a host or hostess in a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Previous experience is required
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create positive interactions at all touchpoints
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a lively, energetic demeanor
• Knowledge of serving protocols, guest services, and restaurant operations is preferred
