Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Provide information about amenities, areas and venues and promote services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks
• Record information in the logbook daily
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Hostess role
• Solid knowledge of hospitality standards, especially within beach club settings
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills with effective time management
• Well-presented with a polished and professional appearance
