Guest Relations

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional greeting.
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding menu offerings, waiting times, and restaurant facilities.

Reservations & Table Management

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
• Coordinate table allocations to optimize seating capacity.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Ensure smooth guest flow during peak operational hours.

Customer Service

• Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Manager when required.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with directions, special occasions, and promotional information.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and Restaurant Managers for smooth operations.
• Inform service teams about VIP guests, group bookings, and special requests.
• Support the Front of House team during busy periods.

Grooming & Presentation

• Maintain impeccable grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
