H&C Outsourcing Limited is currently recruiting a Hostess in Ibadan.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Neat, confident and well presented
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and receive guests professionally
- Manage guest seating and reservations
- Attend to customers' enquiries and requests
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate with waitstaff and other team members
- Ensure guests have a pleasant experience
