Job Summary

We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed, and guest-oriented Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a warm and professional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests courteously.
• Assist in managing waiting lists during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the F&B team regarding special occasions, VIP guests, and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain professional grooming and follow hotel service standards.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, Restaurant Associate, or similar role in a hotel/restaurant.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Professional grooming and confident body language.
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi.
• Candidates with hotel or pre-opening experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,256.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
