MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To warmly welcome and assist hotel guests, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience throughout their stay or visit

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

2. Assist guests with enquiries, requests, directions, and general information about the hotel and its facilities.

3. Manage guest arrivals and assist with seating or registration procedures where required.

4. Escort guests to the appropriate area, restaurant, meeting room, or other hotel facilities.

5. Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant hotel departments to ensure prompt assistance.

6. Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, appearance, and professional conduct.

7. Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

8. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.

9. Assist with reservations, guest lists, table arrangements, or event coordination when required.

10. Maintain accurate records and communicate important guest information to the relevant departments.

11. Promote hotel facilities, services, promotions, and dining options when appropriate.

12. Ensure the lobby, reception, or designated guest areas are clean, welcoming, and well-presented.

13. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, safety standards, and service standards.

14. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM / Certificate Culinary Art
• Able To read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Computer skill is a must
• Advanced Hospitality course

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
