Role Overview

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. She represents the brand image through professional demeanor, hospitality, and guest service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/hostess desk area.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
• Promote special offers, events, or menu highlights when appropriate.
• Uphold company standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
