About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office professional to join the team at LUCA Sanur. This is a full-time position based in our at Sanur , Bali location. As Front Office staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of hospitality our guests expect and contributes directly to the overall reputation and success of our establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression

• Managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously

• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

• Providing information about our facilities, services, local attractions and dining options

• Processing reservations and managing the booking system accurately

• Maintaining guest records and ensuring confidentiality and data security

• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Handling guest concerns and complaints with empathy and finding appropriate solutions

• Managing key cards, room access and security protocols

• Assisting with concierge services, arranging transportation, tours and dining reservations as needed

• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

• Minimum 1 years experience in same position

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and computer reservations software
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult situations
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Bali's attractions, restaurants and services is desirable
