About the role

Responsible for welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, managing reservations and table allocations, and ensuring an exceptional first impression for every guest entering the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests promptly, professionally, and with a welcoming smile.
• Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and the waiting list efficiently.
• Manager guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
• Coordinate closely with floor staff and servers to monitor table availability and turn times.
• Answer incoming phone calls for general inquiries, table bookings, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host station at all times.

About you

• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay composed under pressure during peak service hours.
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude.
