Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to customers while ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand customers’ requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales consultants or departments.
• Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a neat, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Manage visitor records and maintain customer information accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, CRM, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Hostess, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and email communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
• Experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
