Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and satisfaction. Maintain the reception area s cleanliness and presentation. Answer guest inquiries courteously, providing information about the venue and services. Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have requirements Previous experience in a similar hostess or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant appearance with a welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and handle busy periods gracefully. Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Available for full onsite shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice to have requirements Experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment. Familiarity with reservation management systems. Basic knowledge of local attractions and culture.
