What they need
- Welcome all guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude
- Manage and coordinate all reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations using the restaurant’s reservation system (e.g. EatApp)
- Maintain the entrance area and host stand, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times
- Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure seamless guest seating and table turnover
- Handle VIP bookings, birthday reservations, and special guest requests with attention to detail
- Provide accurate wait times and offer appropriate seating alternatives when needed
- Track guest preferences and repeat visitors to support personalized service
- Support the flow of service during peak times and assist in guest recovery situations if required
- Maintain excellent grooming and brand-aligned presentation at all times
- Uphold service standards and follow all hospitality and safety protocols
- Must have reside in Bahrain and have experience in fine-dining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD250.000 - BD290.000 per month
