Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately when required.
• Provide customers with information about menu items.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and floor team.
• Follow up on customers' needs
• Support the floor team during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Keep the front-of-house area organized and welcoming.
• Perform other customer-service duties as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to take orders accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to support different tasks when needed.
• Female, Lebanese, preferably residing in Zahle.
