What You'll Do:

• Greet guests and manage walk-ins with professionalism and energy
• Handle the reservation system, waitlists, and table assignments
• Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to the floor team
• Guide guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating flow
• Track table status and pacing in coordination with captains
• Manage guest exits with warmth—thank them, ask for feedback, and offer a genuine goodbye
• Support floor reset and manage front-of-house hygiene/appearance

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
• Speaks confidently and connects well with people
• Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Has a warm presence and attention to guest experience
• Is comfortable with reservation tools and basic front desk systems
