Salary Range: Hiring Range: $15.00'$17.00 per hour

Job Summary The Hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming members and guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and an ability to handle a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities Greet and seat members and guests promptly and courteously.

Manage reservations and waitlists using the club's reservation system.

Coordinate with servers and dining staff to ensure efficient table service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance.

Address member inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible.

Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating plans to optimize service.

Communicate with management regarding VIP guests or special events.

Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.

Uphold the club's standards of hospitality, etiquette, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in a fine dining, hospitality, or private club setting preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.

Light lifting may be required (menus, reservation books, etc.).
