Job Overview

At L’ETO Group, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with a warm welcome. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable first impression. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while delivering the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure the entrance area is always attended.
• Escort guests to their tables, assist with seating, present menus, and introduce them to the service team.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, and L’ETO brand standards.
• Build familiarity with regular guests to provide personalized service.
• Communicate venue policies and company standards confidently and professionally.
• Answer phone calls promptly and handle reservation inquiries accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and the overall dining atmosphere throughout service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, showing genuine hospitality.
• Coordinate effectively with restaurant operations and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy service periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality venues is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience handling reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone communications.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Language Requirement: English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills. Russian or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
