Job Description

We are hiring an F&B Service Hostess to welcome guests, manage restaurant seating, coordinate with the service team, and ensure a warm and pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Manage restaurant reservations and guest seating as required.
• Coordinate with the F&B Service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain the guest seating plan and manage waiting lists when necessary.
• Respond to guest queries and assist with special requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming standards.
• Ensure the entrance and hostess desk remain clean and organized.
• Handle guest feedback courteously and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with hotel standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• A qualification in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-focused approach.
• Good coordination skills and a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
