Hostess ( F&B Service) For Lonavala

• Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Should follow correct reporting procedures in case of any service issues.
• Should follow grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Should take all incoming calls courteously and promptly, taking messages and passing them on to the appropriate person without delay.
• Should have good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
• Comply with resorts Standard Operating Procedures.
