Hostess/ Guest Experience Associate

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess / Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring every guest receives a warm and exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate estimated waiting times.
• Coordinate with restaurant manager and supervisor, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Ensure the reception and entrance areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a welcoming attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Candidates with previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants will be given preference.
• Applicants must have a valid Qatar ID (QID) and be eligible to work in Qatar.
