Hostess / Guest Relations

Are you a people person with a great smile and love to talk to people? Da Me is looking for a fun, friendly, and energetic Hostess to join our team in Seminyak. You will be the very first face our guests see, so we are looking for someone who loves making people feel welcome!

What You Will Do:

• Be the First Smile: Welcome every guest warmly as they walk through our doors.
• Lead the Way: Show guests to their tables and hand them our delicious menus.
• Master the Puzzle: Manage our table bookings and waitlists so everyone gets a seat.
• Chat & Help: Answer phone calls, help with reservations, and tell guests about our daily specials.
• Keep it Tidy: Make sure the front desk looks neat and welcoming.
• Team Up: Work closely with our awesome waiters and kitchen team to keep things running smoothly!

Who You Are:

• Local Talent: You are an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) already living the island life in Bali.
• Good English: You are comfortable and confident chatting in English with guests from all over the world (no need for perfect formal English, just good conversational skills!).
• Great Vibe: You are polite, neat, and naturally friendly.
• Experience: Some hospitality or customer service experience is awesome, but fresh graduates with a great attitude are very welcome!
• Flexible: You are happy to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
