We are looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping our restaurant run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries.
• Communicate with servers, management, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and waiting area.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
