Hostess Supervisor

Segno Bali is looking for a warm and confident Hostess Supervisor to lead the welcome experience at our speakeasy bar. You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit with a friendly welcome, engaging conversation, and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the hostess team and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional welcome
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, and guest flow during service
• Start conversations naturally with guests and help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere
• Coordinate with the floor and bar teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Handle guest requests and feedback with care and discretion
• Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation, and service
• Support team training, scheduling, and daily briefings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hostess, guest relations, or supervisory role in hospitality
• Friendly, outgoing personality and confidence in approaching guests
• Well-presented with excellent grooming standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced evening environment
• Experience in a bar, lounge, or speakeasy is preferred
