Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests
- Proficiency in POS systems like Toast
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and guest relations
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
