About Us:

The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort in Naples is a 15-acre tropical retreat where residents can relax, meet new people, enjoy recreational facilities, and participate in the many programs and activities available. The award-winning Club, totaling over 30,000 square feet, features resort-style pool areas, fine and casual dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center plus spa services, a spectacular tennis complex, and an extensive calendar of social events. The Players Club & Spa is owned and operated by Stock Development.

Job Duties:

• Schedule dining reservation using Jonas Software, in person and by phone.
• Inspect dining room service stations and floor for neatness and cleanliness.
• Welcome members and their guests, escort them to tables and provide menus.
• Assist servers and expos when needed to maintain Player's Club standards and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
• Maintain menus for accuracy and proper care.
• Assist with table maintenance by clearing and resetting.
• Other duties may be assigned by the management team.

• At least one year of restaurant and or customer service experience
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment and able to create memorable experience for our members.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, demonstrates group presentation skills.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, develops alternative solutions, works well in group problem solving situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including, days, nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Experience with Microsoft applications
