Hostess/Host - Dragon Beaux (Part Time)

The Dragon Beaux Host/Hostess is responsible for prompt, friendly greeting and proper seating of all guests of the restaurant and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of the restaurant.

• Provides information on all aspects of available services and facilities for guests.
• Greets guests and arrange seating; monitor room atmosphere.
• Quotes accurate waiting times and handle guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures.
• Answers phones according to established procedures.
• Assists guest with reservation via phone and in person.
• Assists guest with special request.
• Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to ensure quality service.
• Maintains seating log and directs the flow of work for both wait staff and bus persons.
• Assists wait staff as necessary.
• Provides prompt, friendly greeting and proper seating of all guests of the restaurant.
• Ensures the smooth operation of the front of the restaurant.
• Complies with all department and company rules and regulations.
• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate licenses pursuant to California regulations.
• Ability to communicate in other languages for work is a plus.
