Hostess/Server

• Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain menu items, food, and beverages, and answer customers’ questions.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages, clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Respond promptly to customer requests, questions, and special needs.
• Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining friendly and professional service.
