About the role

Host/Hostess position at The Shisha House - Cafe & Lounge in Badung, Bali. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing their experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent first impression
• Manage guest seating, reservations, and waiting list
• Coordinate guest orders to waiters and kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience of front area and dining space
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Work closely with service team to ensure smooth operations
• Support promotional activities and achieve service standards

About you

• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Able to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and basic English
• Neat appearance and good personal grooming
• Team player and fast learner
• Minimum High School graduate
• F&B experience preferred
• Live in Badung/Denpasar area
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Comfortable working in cafe/lounge environment
