Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and understanding of the menu options
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
• Support the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards
• Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently throughout service
• Assist with cleaning duties in dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred, especially in restaurant or hospitality settings
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety practices is advantageous
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
• Basic cleaning skills and attention to hygiene standards required
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to guest interactions

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
