Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Support food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness in the greeting area and adhering to organizational protocols
• Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and phone etiquette, to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Previous food service experience that demonstrates understanding of hospitality principles and guest services
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to be able to keep host stand organized, manage multiple guests in the dining room simultaneously and help expedite in the kitchen when needed

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
