Host / Guest Relations Executive — NILA

As the Host / Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for the NILA experience. You will be responsible for creating a warm, personalised and seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and professionally engage with guests.
• Manage reservations, table allocations and guest seating.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant, menu and ongoing events.
• Build relationships with regular guests and understand their preferences.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and special occasions with care.
• Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Manage waiting guests and communicate expected wait times clearly.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming presence at the entrance and throughout service.
• Assist with guest communications, reservations and follow-ups.
• Uphold NILA’s standards of hospitality, grooming and professionalism.

Ideal candidate: Warm, confident, articulate and naturally personable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality or guest relations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
