The Main Task of the Restaurant Host/Hostess

• Welcoming Guests: Greeting guests who come in a friendly, smiling, and full of professionalism.
• Arranging Table & Guest Flow: Delivering guests to the appropriate table and arranging table rotation so that the waiter's workload is fair.
• Managing Reservations: Handling table reservations via phone, short message, or online applications and verifying guest data.
• Managing the Waitlist (Waitlist): Estimating the waiting time when the restaurant is full clearly and patiently.
• Team Coordination: Being a communication link between guests, waiters (waitstaff), and kitchen staff (kitchen).

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School/SMK graduates, preferably majoring in hospitality or tourism.
• Communication: Have good and friendly communication skills.
• Organization: Skilled in managing time and working in busy situations.
• Appeerence: Neat, clean appearance, and representing a positive image of the restaurant
