Laudy Bar Craft Kitchen is seeking a warm, professional, and energetic Host/Hostess to welcome every guest with genuine hospitality. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, genuine, and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing the dining room for optimal service.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance.
• Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and bartenders regarding seating and guest needs.
• Assist with takeout orders and guest departures when needed.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain composed during busy service periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
