What they need
Host / Hostess:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or hotel
* Fluent in spoken English with good communication skills
* Warm, friendly, and welcoming personality
* Confident and comfortable interacting with guests
* Well-groomed and professional appearance
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Able to manage reservations, guest seating, waiting lists, and enquiries
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Able to stay calm and professional during busy periods
* Strong teamwork and willingness to support the service team
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
* Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
* Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
* Knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage
* Additional languages are a plus
