Host/Hostess

We are looking for multiple host/hostess' to join our Woodland Hills team!

Job Description: You will be expected to welcome guests with a positive attitude as you are the first face the customer sees.

• Manage Reservations.
• Monitor restaurant flow to determine seating and dining pace.
• Escort guests to dining area.
• Have basic knowledge on our menu.
• Answer incoming calls and cater to guest's needs.
• Assist the front of house team as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience as host/hostess
• Coachable and willing to take direction
• Friendly personality
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person)
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Availability to work in shifts as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food handlers Card (Preferred)
