Host/Hostess

Port Royal Tapas & Cocktails is looking for a friendly, polished, and energetic Host/Hostess to be the face of the restaurant. You’ll set the tone from the moment guests walk through the door while keeping the front of house organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists
• Keep guest flow organized during busy service
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions
• Communicate with servers and managers to keep service moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand
• Help create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or host/hostess experience preferred
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with guests
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to stay calm, focused, and friendly during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
