Host/Hostess

Responsibilities: Greet arriving guests; manage reservations, waitlists, and seating rotation; escort guests to tables; provide accurate estimated wait times; coordinate continuously with Servers, SAs, Bussers, and managers regarding table availability; answer guest questions and phone inquiries; maintain an organized entrance and host station; assist with opening and closing duties.

Experience: Previous host, customer-service, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred. Asian restaurant, BBQ, hot pot, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus. Reservation/waitlist-system experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong guest-facing communication, organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple parties and requests simultaneously.

Essential Functions: With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires extended periods of standing and walking; frequent movement between the entrance, dining room, and service areas; bending and reaching as necessary; lifting/carrying restaurant items up to approximately 20 pounds; effective work-related communication with guests and team members; and the ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.

Compensation & Benefits: $15.92/hour plus tips. Actual tips vary. Employees are eligible for paid sick leave and other benefits required by applicable law. Additional benefits are subject to eligibility and applicable Company plans.
