Host/Hostess

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring excellent service throughout their visit.

Duties

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist with to-go orders and package items for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
• Assist in coordinating special events or large party reservations

Experience

• English proficiency required
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Familiarity with guest services in a hotel setting is beneficial
• Proficient phone etiquette skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
