Responsibilities:

• Warmly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing a high-end first impression.
• Manage the reservation system with precision, checking in guests and managing the waitlist via digital platforms.
• Strategically manage seating arrangements to ensure efficient turnover and guest comfort.
• Engage with guests throughout their visit, ensuring they are enjoying their premium dining experience.
• Educate guests on ongoing promotions, special menu items, or the unique upscale KBBQ concept.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entryway.
• Assist management with light administrative tasks and phone inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

• Polished and professional demeanor suitable for an upscale environment.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in hospitality or premium guest services is a plus but not required.
• Asian restaurant experience a plus.
• Multi-lingual - fluent, conversational a plus (Korean, Chinese, Thai, & Japanese).
