What You’ll Do

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about our establishment.
• Coordinating with the service team to maintain an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Experience with OpenTable strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation
