The Gentleman’s Kitchen is looking for a confident, polished, and personable Hostess to join our front-of-house team.

At TGK, the guest experience starts the moment someone walks through the door. We’re looking for someone who understands that being a hostess is more than greeting and seating guests. You are the first impression of the restaurantand play an important role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome every guest
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, wait times, and the seating flow of the restaurant
• Answer restaurant phone calls professionally and assist with reservation inquiries
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, management, and kitchen staff
• Keep the host area organized, clean, and presentable at all times
• Assist with special occasions, VIP guests, large parties, and private events
• Help ensure guests feel acknowledged and taken care of, even during high-volume service
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance throughout every shift
• Handle guest concerns calmly and immediately communicate issues to management
