Total Minimum Hours: 20 hours. Overtime only approved by management. Schedule is subject to change at managements discretion at any time.

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Host / Curbside Team Member to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests while helping keep the front-of-house operation organized and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists using restaurant technology.
• Assist guests with questions, wait times, and general requests.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming host area and dining room entrance.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist with guest inquiries.
• Accurately prepare, organize, and distribute curbside and to-go orders.
• Ensure curbside and to-go supplies are stocked and organized.
• Communicate guest requests, special occasions, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house area.
• Help support servers and other team members during slower periods or as needed.
• Assist with closing and resetting the restaurant for the next shift.
• Follow all restaurant policies regarding guest privacy and confidential information.
• Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor during busy periods.

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
