Dallas, Texas Boots & Booze is building something new in the heart of Deep Ellum — a multi-experience hospitality concept bringing together a scratch kitchen, full-service restaurant, high-volume bars, courtyard, entertainment and an elevated approach to your nightcap.

We are looking for more than employees. We are looking for the people who will help us build this place from the ground up. Joining before opening means you will have the opportunity to help shape our systems, service standards, cocktails, menu execution, guest experience and company culture. You Set the Tone Before the Guest Ever Reaches the Table We are hiring charismatic, organized and genuinely welcoming Hosts and Hostesses to become the first face of Boots & Booze. Our concept includes multiple guest experiences, making the host team one of the most important operational positions in the building.

What You'll Do

Welcome every guest warmly Manage reservations and walk-in guests Coordinate table rotation and pacing Communicate wait times accurately Understand the different Boots & Booze experiences Direct guests throughout the property Communicate with servers and management Maintain an organized entrance and host area Assist with VIPs, celebrations and large parties Help us develop opening host procedures and guest-flow systems We're Looking For Exceptional communication A welcoming personality Confidence and professionalism Strong organizational skills Ability to stay composed when several guests need attention at once Hospitality experience preferred but personality and attitude matter tremendously

Pay: $15.00 - $75.00 per hour
