Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized host, with open availability. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. If you have great people skills and love working in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner using the floor chart
• Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway
• Communicate with servers to manage table turnover
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials
• Uphold excellent customer service and assist with any guest inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearence
• Availability to work daytime shifts, including weekends if needed
