About the role

We looking for Daily Worker Contract for Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing the front of house, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This contract position is based in Kuta Bali and is a key role in providing top-notch hospitality to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Managing the flow of guests and table assignments
3. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
4. Coordinating with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure timely service
5. Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area
6. Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any feedback
7. Assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a host or in a similar customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
5. Flexible and adaptable to handle the dynamic nature of the role
6. Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred
