Job Overview

We are looking for a polished, service-oriented Host to manage guest and resident interactions and ensure a warm, personalized, and professional experience across our hospitality and real-estate properties.

The role requires excellent communication, grooming, coordination, and relationship-management skills, with a strong focus on luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally engage guests, residents, clients, and visitors.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, appointments, and property visits.
• Understand guest/resident requirements and coordinate timely services.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, etiquette, and service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Maintenance, Front Office, and other departments.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support VIP and high-profile guest arrangements with discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate guest/resident records and service-related information.
• Assist in property tours, site visits, and client interactions where required.
• Ensure the lobby, reception, and designated guest areas maintain a premium presentation.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Build positive long-term relationships with guests, residents, and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, premium residential properties, or real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of professional etiquette and luxury service standards.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Performance Expectations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
