Amara is looking for a warm, polished, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last impression of our restaurant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience while ensuring our dining room runs smoothly.

Pay :

• $15.00 per hour.
• Plus tips!

Responsibilities :

• Warmly welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservation inquiries.
• Maintain an organized host stand and accurate seating chart.
• Coordinate table flow with managers and service staff.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Ensure guests receive attentive service from arrival through departure.

Qualifications :

• Previous hosting experience in a restaurant required.
• Experience using OpenTable preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and personable with a strong front-facing presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Shift Availability :

• Evening shifts.
• Weekend availability required (Friday-Saturday).
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
