We are looking for Host to join our Flute team @Broadwick Soho

The on target earning potential for this role is £37,500 per annum based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week - comprising a base salary of £28,324 (£13.58 per hour) plus a qualified estimate of £9,176 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

Why You?

As a Host at Broadwick Soho, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. The position involves warmly welcoming our guests, managing reservations, walk-ins and in-house guests with efficiency and discretion, ensuring seamless table allocations to create atmosphere, fun and memorable experiences.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury restaurant.
• Seven Rooms experience and knowledge is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
• A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week including some evenings and weekends on a rotared basis.
