Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, casual fine dining steakhouse that specialises in dry-aging steaks and has an impressive wine selection.

Our Barangaroo restaurant located in the International Tower One is seeking Guest Services Agents/Hosts to join the team - Part time 20-25 hours available

Day to day responsibilities:

• Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
• Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
• Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
• Processing payments and cash handling

Do you have?:

• Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
• Previous experience with a reservation system such as Dimmi, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
• A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
• Cash handling experience
• Current RSA certificate
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
