WE’RE HIRING: WEEKEND HOST

We’re looking for a lively, energetic, people-loving personality to join our Porch & Pantry crew as a Weekend Host.

Personality is EVERYTHING. You’re the first face our guests see, so we need someone who genuinely enjoys people, can keep things moving when brunch gets crazy, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and seating guests with actual personality
• Managing and organizing reservations and walk-ins
• Communicating wait times and keeping the flow of the dining room moving
• Answering phones and guest questions
• Assisting servers and the rest of the team
• Bussing, resetting and cleaning tables
• Keeping the host area and guest spaces clean and organized
• Paying attention and handling things that need done without always being asked
• Helping wherever needed—because around here, we all work together

You must be a self-starter with initiative. If you’re someone who sees something that needs done and does it, we want to meet you.

Saturday AND Sunday availability is required.

Starting pay: $12/hour
Raises are performance-based and can happen often. Great performance, reliability, initiative and attendance get noticed—and rewarded.

Experience is great, but energy, reliability, work ethic and personality matter more.

If you can smile, hustle, stay organized, talk to just about anyone and understand that “that’s not my job” isn’t really a thing here…you might fit right in.
