Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Manage restaurant reservation systems efficiently, including booking, modifying, and confirming reservations.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations promptly.
• Maintain organized restaurant table management systems and POS systems to track seating and wait times.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns in a courteous manner.
• Support food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols in guest areas.

Requirements

MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILTY

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation management software and POS systems.
• Basic math skills for handling guest counts, wait times, and table assignments accurately.
• Experience in food service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest services and relations.
• Ability to handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette at all times.
